The memorial was very special with my dad, Mick, doing the officiating. It was a celebration of the life of a wonderful, beautiful woman. It was so good to see family there, as we laughed and cried at the memories we all cherish. Knowing that Lynette is with the Lord is such a comforting feeling. Now she is laid to rest and we will always remember her.

Remembering Lynette
My purpose in creating this “blog” was to keep friends and family informed as to what was going on in the Hill family from time to time. Tragically, from the time I created it to now, my family has lost a dear friend and family member. My Aunt Lynette passed away from cancer on Feb. 10th after a long and courageous battle. I want to dedicate this entry to her.
My dearest Aunt Lynette,
I want to let you know that you have touched so many lives. Your tender soul and beautiful heart were a testimony to who you were as a person and what your life meant to so many people. It’s hard to let you go, but we know that you are in a better place – away from your pain and your fear. I can’t possibly describe the emptiness I feel as I ponder what life will be like without you, but I know this…I miss you, I love you, and I will always keep you deep inside my heart. I will never forget you. It comforts me to know that Jesus has you safely in His arms.
